Nundah’s iconic Royal Hotel has reopened after a $1.1m revamp.
The historic venue has been revitalised after the recent renovations, which include a new entertainment space, updated public bar, and refreshed bistro and terrace areas.
Originally constructed in 1888, the heritage-listed pub will retain many of its architectural features, including the decorative cornicing and exposed brick.
The new entertainment space, Royal Quarters, is a fusion of modern elegance and character-filled charm.
The versatile venue has capacity for 200 patrons and is well-equipped to host a variety of live events, including weekly Comedy Nights (every Wednesday), Piano Bar Sessions (every Friday), and Balls Out Bingo Brunch (every Sunday).
The refreshed bistro and terrace is an inviting, family-friendly dining space that holds up to 120 patrons.
A new menu has been launched, elevating the traditional pub dining experience with food that’s a thoughtful blend of classic pub fare and creative culinary delights. New offerings include the Moreton Bay Bug Roll, Bobby Beef Schnitzel, Pressed Lamb Shoulder, and Donut Fries.
The public bar and alfresco terrace area have also been revitalised and are the perfect spot to catch a game with friends, enjoy a mid-week catch-up or take part in the regular entertainment, including Thursday night Trivia, Friday night DJ Sessions, and live acoustics every Saturday and Sunday.
