Pastries, pizza and a homegrown kitchen maker are headed for the ground floor of Gardner Vaughan Group’s Nundah Village build.
The first shopfronts at Danby Lane have been announced, and there’s plenty to get the village talking.
First up is Cerin Pasticceria, the Italian bakery that’s built a loyal following in Woolloongabba, bringing their traditional but innovative range to Nundah.
Then there’s Johnny Gio’s, the brick oven pizza outfit that made its name in Sydney before heading north, where they opened their first Queensland store in New Farm.
And keeping it close to home, third-generation local business Style Kitchens by Design is moving in, staying rooted in the suburb where owner Stuart May’s grandfather opened the family’s first workshop in the 1960s.
The Danby Lane build is out of the ground and climbing, with completion due mid-2027.
