With Brisbane 2032 on the horizon, we're looking back to the last time the Olympics came our way.
Thank you to Nundah local Gary Lambert, who shared this photo of the Olympic torch relay passing through Nundah on Sandgate Road ahead of the Sydney 2000 Games.

It wasn't his family's first time seeing the Olympic relay. Gary's family has lived in Nundah for 114 years, and they watched the torch come through for the 1956 Melbourne Olympics too.
Here's hoping the relay finds its way back to Sandgate Road in 2032.
