Meet Cassie and Lefty Ioannou, the family duo bringing their award-winning approach to fitness to Nundah.
Cassie and Lefty have recently added Nundah to their North-side sQuad, which includes Chermside, Albany Creek, and Keperra.
The couple are focused on building strong communities and great teams, with a culture that’s all about showing up, training hard, and supporting each other.
Cassie and Lefty are busy parents to their two daughters and dog Keith. They’ve made their gyms welcoming spaces where parents can train while the kids are looked after, helping families prioritise their fitness.
Their work has been recognised recently, with the pair named Fitstopper of the Year in 2025.
Welcome to the neighbourhood, Cassie and Lefty.
