Knead Gelato is the latest offering from popular Brisbane patisserie, Flour & Chocolate. Made in small batches, the gelatos and sorbets are made in-house and from scratch, with Flour & Chocolate’s pastries, cakes, crumbs and nut butters used in the production.
The delectable flavours are unique to Knead Gelato, as the team has incorporated signature Flour & Chocolate products into the gelato, including palmier’s, brownies, fruit mince pies and cookies. The everyday range also includes popular favourites including Vanilla Bean, Pistachio, Choc Mint and Hazelnut Gelato.
The sorbet flavours are created based on seasonal availability, using fresh ingredients. The plum sorbet is made using 100% fresh Australian plums and topped with freshly cut plums.
The Knead Gelato team loves creating themed flavours for special occasions, with Fruit Mince Pie Gelato, available at Christmas, and Lamington Gelato, available for Australia Day.
Customers looking for vegan or dairy-free treats are also catered for, with six flavours always available in the cabinet.
